United Way 2023
Giving Campaign

Designed in Branding and Identity Systems 334, we were each assigned to a group, to present a potential graphic for the United Way 2023 Giving Campaign Tailgate Kickoff. Assigned as art director of the group by our professor, not only did I contribute to the group with my designs, but I was also my role to ensure designs are cohesive and consistent.

The graphic for the United Way Tailgate Kickoff was designed by myself, with a primary and secondary graphic. The first graphic was inspired by the original logo which consist of an orange stick figure with its arms in the air. Taking the logo and theme of a tailgate, I chose to have the stick figure redesigned to mimic a goal post, along with a fun play on the perspective of the "Live United" slogan.

The secondary logo consist only the "Live United" slogan.

To spread the word of the Campaign Kickoff, an invitation is always a necessity. As shown, there is a front and back to the invitation.

Although a majority of designs were made using Adobe Software, our group was also assigned to create a template in Canva to have a user friendly invitation that is easy to use for all.

To help spread the word of the Campaign Kickoff, email headers were also designed for United Way West Alabama employees to add for a fun addition.

No better way to give United Way sponsors recognition than a poster. Designed in Canva, the poster was made to be user friendly so that any United Way employee can easily access Canva and update sponsors as needed.

Along with a sponsor poster, our group also designed inspirational l posters to have around the office as a reminder to what United Way stands for
